Fine dust settles onto floors, walls, ledges, cabinetry, fixtures and fittings and can continue settling after the first clean. Newly installed surfaces may also be left with labels, adhesive residue, light paint splashes and other traces of the construction process.
Our approach can include HEPA vacuuming, dust removal, detailed dry and wet wiping, cleaning fixtures and fittings, floor cleaning and final presentation work, depending on the property and agreed scope.
The objective is to take the space from construction-complete to presentation-ready.
Working Around the Final Stages of a Build
Post-construction cleaning doesn't always happen after everybody else has left.
Trades may still be completing snagging work, flooring may be finishing in one area while another is ready for cleaning, and deadlines for inspections, photographs or client handover may already be approaching.
